Hotel Concord Syracuse, an Ascend Collection Hotel

The customer service at this hotel was beyond exceptional! Rooms were very clean and stocked with everything needed! Had absolutely no problem when asking for access to the stairs instead of using the elevator. The group of girls that we were with thoroughly enjoyed the members lounge which we were extremely thankful to have access to! Would definitely recommend and stay again!

I was hesitant on booking this hotel due to other reviews but glad I did! Rooms were very nice and clean as well as the rest of the hotel! They had an issue with the hot water but called us ahead of time to notify us and discounted our room! We got in late so we pretty much just slept, ate breakfast, and left! Breakfast was awesome wish every hotel would have more hot choices! Eggs, sausage, potatos, and biscuits & gravy were are delicious! We would definitely stay here again! Super nice staff and very clean!

It’s a great hotel. Good staff, good breakfast. Convenient location and close to business! This is our go to hotel every time we go to Syracuse. We are CNY patients :)

Had a very nice stay while dropping my son off at college. Place was very clean, had great rooms and the service was good. Breakfast was very nice and had the usual options. I would stay again.

We had a positive experience here. Stayed one night. Check in is normally 4pm but we happened to be in the area super early (11am) and figured we'd see if our room was already ready. I tried calling to see and let the phone ring for a very long time, two attempts, and nobody answered the phone so we just drove over to see. I think the attendant was busy possibly cleaning up from the breakfast but he came out and helped me and said yes they had a room available already, which was great! We seriously appreciated it. Our room was clean, the beds were clean and SUPER comfortable. 4 comfy pillows on each bed. A pillow topper on each bed. Nice newer linens. Bathrooms are updated though our toilet had a really long flush and the tub spout never really shut off. Minor items. Parking lot was very full at night when they were clearly quite booked up, a few spots were lost to work or painting I'm not sure but we were able to find a spot late at night when we returned. Unfortunately I was awoken by music from either a neighboring room or I'm not sure at about 3:30am and I couldn't tune it out. I couldn't really get back to sleep after that. If it wasn't for the noise, I would've had a phenomenal sleep and that is high praise from me as I have a hard time sleeping in general. Overall a solid choice if you need a spot in Syracuse - super close to 90 and a bunch of other stuff. Breakfast is included and consisted of scrambled eggs, sausage links, potatoes, toast and other basics. Convenient! I would definitely stay again next time I am in the area.

The soap tray in the shower was filthy rotten. The remote was upside down with its cover. Missing not working. And the toilet was disgusting

Ashley at the front desk is AMAZING! She is extremely professional and attentive. I plan to be back just because of her superb customer service.

I had a pleasant visit! Everytime I went by the front desk I was greeted. Check in process was easy and quick. Luggage dollys were easy to find. The furnishings of the room was great, cool wall lights, comfy desk chair and desk. It was super easy to find your way through the hotel and the breakfast in the morning was great, thank you so much!
